Sean McCloskey
President and Chief Executive Officer

Visiprise co-founder Sean McCloskey leads the company's strategic direction and day-to-day operations as president and CEO. Mr. McCloskey has been involved with technology for over 14 years as an entrepreneur and lawyer. Prior to founding the company, he worked as a corporate lawyer for Weil, Gotshal & Manges, a New York-based international law firm, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, and venture capital financing in the software and telecommunications industries.

A magna cum laude graduate of Boston College, Mr. McCloskey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Bill Gendron
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Bill Gendron serves as vice president and CFO and is responsible for all financial, tax and accounting functions at Visiprise. Previously, Mr. Gendron was senior vice president of finance at Trilon Dominion Partners, L.P., a private equity fund with over $125 million in invested capital. Mr. Gendron oversaw financial and accounting activities, directed portfolio-company mergers and acquisition strategy. He also served as vice president, treasurer, and controller at Catalyst Energy Corporation, where he was responsible for accounting and treasury functions, SEC reporting, and audit activity. During his career, Mr. Gendron has been responsible for the implementation and integrity of accounting and financial reporting systems for several growth-stage companies.

Mr. Gendron holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and is a certified public accountant.

Carter Johnson
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Carter Johnson has been with the company since 2000 and as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development manages corporate, market and product strategy for Visiprise. Ensuring that the Visiprise corporate strategy is aligned with field execution, Mr. Johnson is also responsible for worldwide sales and business development.   Prior to Visiprise, Mr. Johnson was a member of the supply chain strategy practice of Ernst & Young management consulting, where he optimized supply chain networks for Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies.

Mr. Johnson has a degree in Industrial Engineering, is an ISO 9000 certified lead assessor, an active member of APICS and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, and a former board member for the Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA).

Peter Baljet
Senior Vice President of Operations

Peter Baljet is Visiprise’s senior vice president of operations responsible for development of all Visiprise solutions, professional services and customer support. Mr. Baljet leads the overall technical architecture and functional implementation of products, as well as strategic product direction. Mr. Baljet's manufacturing background, coupled with his experiences working with numerous, global electronics original equipment manufacturers and contract manufacturers such as ICC, Genrad and Teraydyne, provide him with an exceptional blend of management skills and expertise in developing mission-critical enterprise systems.

Mr. Baljet earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Auburn University and a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Robert Consoli
Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Robert Consoli joined Visiprise as vice president of worldwide sales in 2003 with global responsibility for direct sales. Prior to Visiprise, he was vice president of sales for Jacada, Inc., a publicly-traded legacy integration software company. Under Mr. Consoli’s leadership, his direct sales team generated over $50M in software license and services revenue primarily from Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Consoli also held various direct sales and management positions with application tool vendors Forte Software, Visix Software, and Programming Research Limited. Before launching his successful sales career, he worked for General Dynamics as an aerospace engineer in the area of aircraft design and performance analysis.

Mr. Consoli holds an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University.

Mike Lackey
Vice President of Industry Business Units

Mike Lackey, vice president of product management joined Visiprise in 2000 and leads global product management. Mr. Lackey has a knowledge set that covers both manufacturing software and design collaboration, as well as over 18 years of experience in the high tech sector. He has held various roles with progressively increasing responsibility in product management, product marketing, business development, and business unit management at companies such as DCA/Attachmate and CoreCommerce. Early in his career, Mr. Lackey worked as a manufacturing engineer with DCA/Attachmate, supporting global manufacturing operations.

Mr. Lackey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Mercer University with dual concentrations in International Business and Marketing.

James Robinson III
General Partner, RRE Ventures

Mr. Robinson is a co-founder and General Partner of RRE Ventures, LLC, a private information technology venture investment firm. He also serves as President of J. D. Robinson, Inc., and is a Director of the Coca-Cola Company and Novell, Inc. In addition to Visiprise, he currently serves on the board of PrimeRevenue, On Deck Capital and SkyGrid, all private companies. Mr. Robinson is a member of the Business Council, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Committee for Economic Development. He is an Honorary Chairman of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center; an Honorary Trustee of the Brookings Institution; and Chairman Emeritus of the Partnership of New York City and the World Travel and Tourism Council. Mr. Robinson served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Company from 1977 to 1993, and served as Co-Chairman of the Business Roundtable and as Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiations. Mr. Robinson has a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University and a B.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Sean McCloskey

Sean McCloskey has been involved with technology for over ten years as an entrepreneur and lawyer. Since co-founding Visiprise in 1996, Mr. McCloskey has been responsible for the company's strategic direction and has managed the day-to-day operations of the business. Prior to Visiprise, Mr. McCloskey worked as a corporate lawyer for Weil, Gotshal & Manges, a New York-based international law firm, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings and venture capital financing in the telecommunications and software industries. A 1990 magna cum laude graduate of Boston College, Mr. McCloskey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. In 1993, he graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Edmund R. Steinike
Chief Development Officer and CIO North America, Coca-Cola Company

Edmund R. Steinike is Chief Development Officer and CIO North America for the Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Steinike is responsible for information technology architecture and development worldwide as well as IT leadership for the North America strategic business unit.

Mr. Steinike joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2002 as the Chief Technology Officer where he was responsible for defining, developing and executing global strategies for enterprise technology.

Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Mr. Steinike served as GM/Chief Information Officer for several units of GE including, GE Energy Products; Enterprise Systems for GE Power; and CIO Energy Services.

Mr. Steinike began his 26-year General Electric career in 1976 with GE Medical Systems where he held numerous senior leadership and executive positions in manufacturing, advanced engineering (R&D), product development, and CIO GE Medical System.

Mr. Steinike holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.

Robert S. McNiff
Board Member

Rob McNiff brings Visiprise more than 20 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of CAM, CIM and MIS software applications primarily focused in the aerospace and defense manufacturing market.

Previously, Mr. McNiff was vice president of development at HMS Software, where he was responsible for all product design, development and quality processes, in addition to overseeing strategic product planning and direction.

Prior to the founding of HMS in 1992, Mr. McNiff held a variety of development and implementation positions for General Dynamics Convair, The Organization for Industrial Research, Houtzeel Manufacturing Systems, and Computervision/Prime Computer.

Mr. McNiff holds a master's degree in business administration from Boston University and a bachelor's degree in engineering from Cornell University.

Phil Dur
Vice President, Investor Growth Capital (IGC)

Phil Dur joined Investor Growth Capital's Palo Alto office in February 2004 as a member of the IT team focusing on software and technology services investment opportunities. Prior to joining IGC, Mr. Dur spent four and a half years with Morgan Stanley Venture Partners (MSVP) where he was responsible for sourcing and executing investments in later stage technology companies. Before that, Mr. Dur was with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners focusing on investments in software, data communications, media, and specialty manufacturing for the $1.8 billion private equity fund.

Mr. Dur earned an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an A.B. in Political Economy from Princeton University.

Noah Walley
Managing Director, Investor Growth Capital (IGC)

Noah Walley joined Investor Growth Capital (IGC) in 2003 as a Managing Director with the IT team having previously spent five years as a General Partner with Morgan Stanley Venture Partners in New York. Mr. Walley has been active in venture capital since 1994 and prior to joining Morgan Stanley worked for the venture capital firms of Bachow & Associates and Desai Capital Management. Over the course of his career he has served on more than 15 private company boards.

From 1990 to 1994 Mr. Walley worked at McKinsey & Company in New York. He has a J.D. from Stanford Law School and earned M.A. and B.A. degrees (first class) from Oxford University.

Mr. Walley works out of ICG's New York office and leads IGC’s effort in the software and technology-based services areas.
