This course enabling participants to gain full knowledge of configuring and using the Quality Management (QM) system which includes defining and managing security data, documenting the nonconformance management process, and the corrective action process. Also participants will learn how to work in QM if it is integrated with the Shop Floor Management (SFM) system. The course covers the full cycle starting from nonconformance record (NCR) initiation in SFM, further processing of this NCR in QM with the rework plan and order initiation against it, closure of the order and completion of the NCR in SFM.
