Visiprise Product Consultants: Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide functional product expertise for Visiprise Manufacturing to our customers.
• Work with customers to analyze their business processes and gather functional requirements for Visiprise Manufacturing
• Provide hands-on installation of software at customer sites and assist customers in developing business scenarios where Visiprise software will be used
• Facilitate Conference Room Pilot (“CRP”) activities with customers to discretely define gaps between customer requirements and Visiprise solutions
• Work with customers to recommend the most appropriate means to meet individual functionality gaps, e.g. via business process change, software configuration and/or product extensions
• Produce written use cases/functional specifications to define product extensions and interfaces
• Guide and assist customers in developing acceptance test plans and testing product extensions, interfaces and overall solution
• Provide general implementation support and services, including project documentation required by the Visiprise implementation methodology
